At the age of 22 she found herself burnt out, overwhelmed and in a wheelchair. Later in life Krystalore was in the in the middle of an identity crisis, diagnosed with cancer.

If you are about to listen to this episode I got to be honest, I lost my balance in the last few months but watching a video of me having fun and living life that my wife made for my birthday made me remember that life is beautiful. So no matter what you are going through keep fighting, before you know it the sun is out again.

7. It’s always my fault (take responsibility, also works in relationships).

11. Be a PRO - show up when it’s hard.

12. Always bring your secret sauce.

13. Live with JOY.

How do you learn to love yourself when everything changes in an instant and the world you know is gone?

Rick Yarosh was deployed to Iraq in December 2005. On Sept. 1, 2006, he was severely injured by an improvised explosive device (IED) in Abu Ghraib. For half a year, Rick recovered at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX, fighting through 2nd and 3rd degree burns on more than 60% of
his body. His right leg was amputated below the knee. He also lost: both ears, his nose, multiple fingers, and most of the function in his hands. Rick says the only reason he would change that fateful moment is if he could bring back his brothers in arms that he lost in combat: Sgt. Luis Montes and SFC Anthony Venetz.

Rick is a husband, father of two and retired U.S. Army sergeant. He is also an expert in HOPE (Hold On, Possibilities Exist!). Rick has toured the country as a motivational speaker and inspired millions of people from all walks of life.
